On campus MBA interview was pretty standard. Looked for fit, subject matter knowledge, passion for healthcare and the company specifically. Interviewers were very cordial and professional. They wanted someone who really knew about the company and what they stood for, they were also very big on fit with the corporate culture.

Entrevista
The recruiter from Baxter set up a phone interview with me. He was incredibly professional and very detailed. Probably the best recruiter I have spoken with during my job search. He had a lot of detail on the actual role and you could tell that he knew what he knew the role and the company very well.

Process was very straight forward. Had several phone interview and an on-site interview that lasted several hours. Few follow up calls with other groups I would be working and interacting with.
