Should be familiar with in depth topics of programming and also should be willing to think out of box. The interview majorly consists of 3 rounds. 1st round will be a technical round where major concentration will be at a high level, 2nd round will also be technical round but with in-depth level and the 3rd round will be a managerial round

Applied on Baxter's Careers page. Heard back from them about 2-3 weeks later. First interview was with a Baxter recruiter for generic screening questions. Second was with an Engineer that asked basic data structures knowledge questions. And the final interview was with 2 Senior Engineers at the same time.
