I had a phone interview and then an on-site interview a few weeks later. The on-site interview was split up into 2 sessions between HR and the directors of manufacturing. This was because they were interviewing other people at the same time. The questions were mostly behavioral and they were interested in supervisory skills as the job required supervising manufacturing technicians.
