Entrevista
I first had a phone-screening that basically was a general outline of the job and how the company operates. It was very informative so I listening the entire time with minimal talking on my part. I was then given an interview which was very relaxed and informative as well. I felt it was more of a personality and get-to-know-you type of interview. I have not had my second interview yet but I would assume the questions will dig deeper.

Entrevista
Multiple phone interviews. Very informative about commission pay structure and salary. Very informative on conditions for receiving a company vehicle. The interviewer did a great job answering all of my questions and gave me a really strong picture of what my day to day duties would look like.

Easy phone interview followed by an in person interview. They do have a policy of no visible tattoos and men must be clean shaven, so no beards no matter how neat (this is why I turned down an in person interview)

Entrevista
Quick and efficient streamlined process. Initial phone screening with the talent acquisition manager. Then in person interview with the direct sales manager and branch manager. Standard interview questions were asked. Mostly customer serviced based questions and how one would overcome challenges were the point of focus throughout the interview. The whole interview took about a hour or so. Upon completion I was advised I would be in touch with the recruiter.
