They promised to send an agenda but never did, so it was difficult to keep track of how many people I interviewed with, but maybe about 6 people, therapists and psychiatrists. From the interview questions and the contract terms offered, they were obviously very concerned about fast documentation and physician burnout. The BACA interview was the only time I have gotten asked point blank if I am a therapy patient myself on the interview trail. The contract offered had a low salary and benefits were not competitive, so I declined. .
