I got a text about a week after I applied online asking to come in for an interview. I did the interview, and then was sent a test to complete at home and asked to write a summary about being a tutor and to email them when done.

Entrevista
Easy interview process. They tell you what they do, explaining of their past projects (some successes, apparently many failures). Then, they ask about your tutoring experience. That's pretty much it. I came in on time, waiting to be interviewed. I'm told, "She's late. Well, she usually is. *Laughs*" They say pay is based on your experience. In other words, you start at minimum. They're desperate for people for a good reason.
Pros: Nonprofit aimed at tutoring kids
Cons: Bad management
