Applied and received a phone call within 2 hours and they wanted me to come in the very next day. Being surprised by their eagerness to get me in I researched the company and found out the company scams people into working for free during the "interview process". When I went to the office the receptionist was very friendly and I waited with one other applicant while Spiderman was playing on the TV. Called in and interviewed with the manager, very vague questions and descriptions of the position. I came off very dis-interested but was still offered the follow up "shadowing" interview. Basically I would follow a sales rep around for 8 hours with no pay much like the position it is only commission pay. Do your research if offered for a interview here.

I applied online and received a call from HR two days later asking to schedule an interview with me. When I returned their call, they wanted me to come in for an interview the next day. When I arrived at the office, it was completely empty besides the receptionist and 5 other applicants. I was called in with another woman to interview with the CEO. He spoke a lot about how the company has grown and how employees can grow within the company, but was fairly vague about what the company actually does. He spoke about clients he specifically mentioned he was not supposed to discuss, pointed out employees on the conference room cameras that he has on a tv in his office and told us how much they make, and swore repeatedly. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Later that night I received a call from a hiring manager about shadowing an event to learn more about the event coordinator role. I originally agreed to attend the event, but after realizing that the position described as a "sports marketing role" was actually a direct sales job selling sports packages to corporate employees, I changed my mind, decided not to attend the event, and withdrew my application.

I applied online and got a phone call the next day to set up an interview. I had an interview the following day with one of the ladies who worked there. She was friendly as she explained the position and process and what it takes to get to where she has gotten with the company. She asked me some questions about myself and then gave me the chance to ask her some. However, I had done my research and knew more than I think she wanted me to. She explained that I would be able to have a trial day which basically consists of door to door sales...what the position really is, and I called her out on it, greatly shifting her demeanor. I knew this position wasn't something I was interested in and I could tell she wanted me out of there, so the process didn't end well. Don't waste your time unless you want to spend 12 hours a day going door to door on foot attempting to get people to buy something they don't even want.
