I interviewed with a few different people after taking a standard technical exam. There were several other people in the room taking the exam so it was a bit of a cattle call. The exam itself seemed to have a lot of questions that weren't relative to the position. The HR department asked standard questions about my personality, but she didn't seem too connected to the process. The CEO, however, had me take an animal personality test after asking for my salary requirements. The interview with him also took place in the dark which I found to be extremely odd.
