Good initial interview with HR person, technical manager interview left me very unenthused about the position. No technical questions at all, manager decided I was weak in one skill that I was initially told was not important (could be taught) as I had the vast majority of the skills. So something weird was going on, work sounded dull and repetitive, not creative at all, so I decided I was uninterested before I was officially rejected. Also scheduled phone interview was missed by company person at first, that wasn't a good feeling either. I felt they were hiring for one specific client/headache/need, and
not for a flexible team player. They would not provide specifics and I didn't push for them, but this
left me uneasy as well.
