Basic interview questions such as why you wanted to become nurse. A tour of the department I was interviewing for along with starting pay, benefits, job role, etc. Also basic body lift dynamics, stretching and drug test were done

I received a call from HR to set a 30-60 minute interview with HR via phone. When they called me they asked me a series of questions related to my work experience, personality, and education. Examples: What is your work experience? How long have I been a nurse? Verify my degrees What are my certifications? Etc... After this, the HR recruiter said that I would be a good candidate and he would set me up with an interview with two managers from the main facility. I set up a date and time. When I arrived, I went to the information desk in the front lobby. It was great that the parking was free and convenient. A lady from the front desk called them upstairs to tell them I arrived. I was escorted by a greeter to the elevators which was really nice because for sure I would have gotten lost in the maze of the facility. I went up to the designated floor and one of the managers met me at the elevator and escorted me to a classroom. The told me to have a seat and they would go get the other managers. I was interviewed by a panel which included the MICU and ICU manager and a charge nurse from one of the units. Afterwards, they gave me a tour of both ICUs and introduced me to staff. Overall it was very pleasant. Everyone from the front desk up and up was super helpful and kind. the unit itself was clean, organized. They patient rooms of the MICU was spectacular.
