Good contact from HR to set up pre interview requirements, such as prior contacts and scheduling. There was a delay in scheduling due to my current job at the time's hours and travel distance (Boston to Marlborough including T was well over an hour). Actual interview was standard, question answer and a, for lack of a better term, minor exam testing GL P&L & Excel capacity.

One interview with 2 people. Laid back and relaxed and allowed me to take my time answering questions. When I arrived I was asked to fill out a paper application. This involved adding many items already in my resume and was time consuming. I would have liked to have prefilled it, but that option was not available. I could tell it went well. Was offered the job shortly thereafter.
