Quick and easy. Basic customer service questions. As long as you have past front desk experience you will have it in check. Be professional and dress professionally. Transfers are highly wanted since they know the system and takes so long to train. Insurance verification a plus. It does take time to get in to the system of you are completely new. Took about 6 months to get a call.

Once you are hired you have to attend an all day seminar with other new hires. There are a lot of ice breaker activities. It is really neat to meet other people in various different fields even though a majority of them will not be hired at your same exact location.

1. Applied online after 1-2 weeks
2. Received an invite to do a HireVue Interview pre-recorded Video with questions (so you had time to answer them), then following 5-7 days
3. Received an email from a recruiter to schedule a video interview with the hiring managers
4. Did a video interview With hiring manager
5. A day after the interview, a recruiter called and got offered the job
Overall is was an easy average experience. They are SUPER fast with their Onboarding hiring process and really nice too!

Entrevista
Filled out an on line application, then received invite to do a digital interview, then received phone call from their recruiter inviting me to meet with a supervisor for a face to face interview. Interviewed by manager and supervisor.
