Recruiter reaches out, 3 interviews starting initial over the phone, if you move on next is one with the supervisor, and last a team interview to see if you are a good fit with the team

I had a 3 round interview. First a screening, then with the manager, and lastly the clinic manager and director. All were over a Teams meeting and lasted 30 minutes- 1 hour.
