Entrevista
Group interview with unit manager, supervisor, and educator. They have a packet of questions they go through about situations and how you would handle them, experiences, and personality. Opportunity to ask them questions was provided at the end. Then was given opportunity to shadow a RN for a little bit and ask them questions as well. Notified within a week of the interview about a job offer.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
