It seemed relaxed. I was even taking notes which was impressive. My first interview was with the director and I was a little nervous because it felt like the dream job. Especially because I was coming from a difficult place emotionally. I felt the reason I was being transparent about my gap in employment was used in a way that didn't give me a chance of being selected.

Overall it was a good experience. First round was phone interview. Within 2 weeks they called in for second round of in person interview. It had both technical and behavioral questions. In next 3 weeks or so they offered me job role.
