Understand that they interview a large number of candidates, but felt that my application was never reviewed by a human. Was asked to download a video program to record a screening. Once up and running, the questions were not difficult. Then was asked about my salary requirements and felt that it was eliminated me consideration. Wish that they would have been more upfront with salary at the start. That way, I wouldn't have applied and the HR bot would not have had to let me know that I was selected for the video option, but not considered after that.
