The Baylor interview process is normally 2 to 3 steps. First you have a phone interview with a HR recruiter. They ask a lot of behavior questions. The next step is meeting with the unit supervisor and manager. Sometimes the third step is a peer interview with fellow nurses.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
