I was contacted for a on the phone interview, after submitting an application. I was then told I would be interviewing in person, and was offered a job within that same 24 hour period

My interview process was direct and welcoming. All expectations were laid out clearly and the employer seemed flexible with scheduling. I was able to be interviewed by my potential colleagues as well. I would most likely recommend to others seeking similar work.
