They interviewed me and then completely ghosted me afterward, no updates, no follow-up emails, absolutely nothing. It’s honestly so unprofessional. If they decide they don’t want you, they just disappear without any explanation. They also seem to dislike employees having part-time jobs elsewhere, they’ll even pressure or advise you to resign from any other work commitments before considering you. The whole experience felt frustrating and disappointing, especially after investing time and effort into the interview process.
