The recruiter had a call with me and said they would progress to the next round. However, I never heard back. 4 months later, the same recruiter called back, asked the same questions and gave the same response and again there was no follow up. I then asked someone I know at Bazaarvoice about what's happening with my candidature. Then suddenly I was asked to meet a member of the EMEA management team. I had a one hour interview and am yet to hear back from them.
