The Bazaarvoice interview process was fairly easy. I had a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager and a virtual interview with members of the recruitment and tech teams. The big issue I have with the interview process is I never received a response after the interview. I got ghosted. I obviously did not get the job but I tried a couple of times to get in touch with the team to get feedback. I never received a response. I am totally okay with not getting the job but I do feel that if a candidate goes through the whole interview process they do deserve to get feedback letting them know they did not get the job.
