Tech Round 1, Tech Round 2, HM manager, HR Round with no intent of hiring. I had the worst inteview experience ever with this company. I went through four rounds of interview and got rejected after the interview process is completed with a lame reason. I checked the feedback with the coordinator after every round and she always said that the feedback is postive and moved to the next round. When i communicated to HR that looks like feedback is postive in each round, to my shocker HR mentioned that "co-ordinator has been pitching this to the candidates before scheduling every round". An advice for this company is to train the HR's on the communication skills and to the people who take interviews on how to take an interview with the inent of hiring and also on how to make an hiring decision
