I had a horrible experience interviewing this company. Firstly, I get contacted by the recruiter and schedule an interview. I show up to the interview on Zoom, wait for 30 minutes, and the recruiter never got on the call. I then followed up by e-mail and was told a day later that there was a scheduling conflict. Okay, sure, that shouldn't of happened but I looked past it. I did end up having a phone call with the recruiter and it went really well. Fast forward 2 weeks and I haven't heard back, even though I followed up. I feel that this is extremely disrespectful of the candidate's time & seems to be a norm with this company. The recruiter also told me that the process can take up to two months because they want to "ensure" that they find the "right person." This logic is extremely flawed & seems like an excuse to be inefficient. The qualified candidates will find other opportunities while Bazaarvoice drags their feet & wastes time!

Applied through a company referral and was contacted by the recruiter via email. Recruiter initially indicated the position was "up in the air" but then emailed back within 2 days with an offer for a phone interview. Phone interview was about 20 minutes in length. Started with review of the position and they asked what experience I had that was relevant to the qualifications. The recruiter dug a lot into the fact that I was overqualified for the position and seemed to dig a lot into my future goals and whether they were relevant. I asked the recruiter a few questions at the end of the interview and she informed me that I would hear by the end of the week on the next step. Never heard anything back after an immediate 24hr thank you note or by the end of the week. 2 weeks later I received an email with a decline in going any further.
