The screening had to be booked two weeks in advance (not sure why they wouldn’t just wait to invite me in the first place), and I was told I would hear back nearly 3 weeks ago. I sent two follow-ups and those went unanswered, but the recruiter is plenty active on Linkedin! A couple hours after submitting this, I heard back with a personalized rejection. Normal recruiting screening where he did most of the talking. He did a great job explaining the role and company. I was told there would be three more rounds, including a panel and a presentation.
