After that I was asked to pop in for a trial shift (since I already was working somewhere else that was around a week after the interview) the trial shift consisted of barbacking and practicing free pouring as well as getting shown around the place. Then a few days after that I received my confirmation and had to fill out a few forms then got the contract the next day
