I was contacted via email to set up an interview with Diego Pinillos-Orme, the hiring manager. We set an interview for him to call at 3:30pm on a Monday. After waiting for 15 minutes without a call, I Googled the number for the office and called him. He seemed very unorganized and said he would call me back at 4pm. He called me back at 4pm, and only asked me questions that all could have been answered if he had read my resume. At the end, he said he had to pass my resume onto the senior executive assistant to confirm my qualifications. That was over 2 weeks ago. I emailed him to follow up with no response. I called him back a week after and said the senior executive assistant was on vacation and would be back on Friday to review my resume. I then called again the next week on Tuesday and he said I would be receiving an email. It is now Friday, almost 3 weeks after the interview, and I haven't received any emails or phone calls. I understand if I didn't get the job, but the blatant lying and flakiness is extremely unprofessional. Don't bother wasting your time even interviewing with this company. They have terrible reviews for their managing and clearly are unorganized and don't care about potential employees and customers.

Entrevista
Interview was fine, you meet with 3 different groups. Owner, training team, and other supervisors. My only issue is they don’t have the decency to at least call you and tell you that they are proceeding with another candidate. If people are taking time off their current job to interview with you, the least you can do is inform them that they didn’t get the job instead of ghosting them. Extremely unprofessional. Owner and supervisors also do a terrible job selling the position. I appreciate the transparency, but they basically try to warn you that you will have zero work life balance, and you will be expected to work 10 hrs a day and on weekends.
