You receive a call, a background check is conducted and then you come in for an in person. If they like you you then take a drug test. Simple normal interview.

I was called in response to my resume that I had applied for on-line. I worked as a temp employee prior to being hired as an employee .I was interviewed by the hiring manager and was called back for a second interview.
