DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
I met them at Purdue career fair. They schedule me for a onsite interview. The interview went well. They took long time to get back with result. Scheduled a second onsite interview, also asked me for references and official transcript. But just one day before the second interview they called me to inform me that they will not be conducting my interview as there is some change in requirements and now they are looking for someone with more experience. I had three years of experience and it was a entry level position. I did not expect such unprofessionalism from the company. Similar things happened with many other candidates of my college as well.

Entrevista
They gave the offer letter and withdrawn after 2 months.
They literally don't know how to run the company and manage the employees.
They don't know how to allocate the budget for staffing needs starting from the CTO and CFO roles.
This is my experience:
- Attended for the tech interviews with CTO, and backend team.
- Performed really well and was also asked 3 references and they eventually extended the offer letter providing strong references and strong interview feedback.
- As usual, I was very happy seeing the offer letter and I was contacted by the CFO to discuss my start-date. I told them I could start at a particular date and they also agreed for it.
- I didn't apply for any other company hoping that I would be a part of this company. But once my start date was approaching I contacted them and didn't hear back from them. After contacting several times I was told that their staffing needs are different now and was also asked to look for jobs in other companies.
- They did this after I wasted my 3 months of time waiting for them and I also signed a lease near to the company.
-This was the most unethical, disorganized company I have ever seen in my life.
Advice to future potential job seekers:
1) Don't waste your time as they don't have ethical values a company is supposed to have.
2) I just can't believe how the clients are trusting the software developed by this management.
3) Thank God, I got very decent offer competitive than their offer.
4) Work hard, I bet you will land up in good and ethical company better than their offer.
5) Don't trust this company.
