First off, this is not a "real job." They will put you in a training pipeline for 3-4 months before you "graduate" and put on the market for their clients. Two; I was told I'd be interviewed for a Full Stack Developer role and interviewed for a Java Developer role. To be fair, they talked about both with me, and I'm not that irked with them about this. Three: I passed the phone screening and online assessment. When brought into the technical interview, the interviewer started asking me very specific questions about OOP fundamentals and Java short answer questions. Imagine your midterm, but speaking. I WAS given a technical interview guide by the interviewer, so that was nice of them. But I didn't really like the 'tude I got from the technical interviewer and we ended the interview early. I didn't like how the interviews here were purely about memorizing textbook material and less about problem solving in a real-world setting. It felt very academic and less in touch with the workplace interviews I've had. I wish it were a collaborative coding thing instead. ALSO, imagine going through 3+ rounds of interviews (it wasn't the last one) to get into a training program and maybe get a role that pays $60k ish. Go elsewhere! If you must interview here, go heavy on the textbooks. Study as if it were a final exam based on the technical interview prep guide. Note: The online assessment questions were very easy. It was a StringBuilder question and "do you know how to use an if statement" question.
