I was then invited to a 30-minute technical interview that ran to over an hour, covering the case study in detail along with AI workflows and agent experience. The conversation itself was engaging and I left feeling positive about how it went. A week later, I received a generic template rejection with no specifics. I responded politely and asked for feedback — a reasonable request given the time invested — and was simply ignored. The work itself was interesting and I have no issue with a rigorous process. What I do take issue with is asking candidates to invest 6+ hours of serious, unpaid effort and then not extending the basic courtesy of a few lines of constructive feedback when it doesn't work out. That's not a resource constraint, it's a culture signal. If you're considering applying here, go in with realistic expectations about how your time and effort will be valued.
