Two interviews. One with HR and one with the Art team.
Unpaid Art test given in-between.
While the people were friendly and I genuinely had a positive experience during the process, they did not follow up post interview and instead ghosted me as a potential applicant. It was only when sending in an email asking for an update and potential feedback did I receive a
pre-generated rejection letter.
After a week long art test and two hour-long interviews that stung.
If that's how the company treats applicants when they no longer have something to gain from it, then I don't feel optimistic about reapplying again.

Entrevista
Long and chaotic process. The H&R took too many weeks to move it forward to the next stages after the initial interview. They scheduled the next interview with the art director then more weeks for another interview the producer and then more weeks with no response to my follow up email. Then they sent me a rejection email and I moved on for then weeks later they contacted me again for another video interview that didn't last 4 minutes with an art director because upon meeting he decided he didn't want to discuss anything until I do an art test to which I agreed. The art test they sent was not possible to be done within the time frame they wanted for someone who already have a full time job so I informed them that I won't be doing it and that I'm no longer interested it in the position.
