Entrevista
I spoke to two senior members of the team. They were very friendly, polite and respectful throughout the process and I was really impressed with them. They were very candid about the work involved in the job and seemed like very reasonable and empathic people who weren't afraid to have a bit of fun during the interview process and keep things light hearted. I definitely left the interview with a positive feeling about the company and those who work there.

They asked me about what skills I could bring aside from my motion design capabilities. If I had any experience in graphic design, storyboarding, or InDesign. These weren't questions that I was necessarily expecting, but are totally reasonable questions to ask given how closely motion design links to these other disciplines. Also as company of a modest size, it's inevitable that they will be interested in trying to find candidates who can apply themselves across a few areas. So while I wasn't expecting this question, I completely understand why it was asked.
