I had a skype interview that went over my swim experience, along with behavior questions to access my ability as a swim teacher. They were not looking for anything special, just a general screening interview with some question and answer.

The interview process was quick, but did not feel rushed. I was able to ask all my questions and learn about Bear Paddle. I felt very comfortable and decided to accept the job.

Entrevista
30 minute logic test & informal interview. The interview was not too bad. Simple and straightforward questions were asked by the manager. I did have to sing a nursery rhyme or any child-like song to completion. I chose to sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. It was awkward, but I totally understand why. Super fun job too for high schoolers or college students. Pays well!
