An organisation that ghosts its candidates after their interviews so you can't expect much from them. The interview was on a Monday and with a person I'd potentially manage. Wasn't sure what to make of it; supposed to be a friendly chat but it felt more like an interview done by a very junior person. The person couldn't even advise why its a contractual role. I was advised that I'll hear back by the end of the week, didn't hear anything so I followed up over the weekend, waited for another week to hear back before following up and the I followed up with another person from the team and week later still nothing so I gave up (not even a one sentence acknowledgment or rejection from either). If such a behaviour is coming from 2 different people in the company then I don't think you can expect much from the organisation. I believe it is important to show respect and professionalism towards your candidates, especially after an interview. I can understand that people can get busy, but providing closure for candidates is a must; everyone invests time and effort into their applications and interviews. You can talk about about honesty and transparency in your culture if you luck integrity towards your candidates.
