Hiring manager scheduled initial screening interview saying HR person was away. After a positive conversation agreeing about mutual fit and interest said she will be scheduling followup asap. 3 weeks later after couple of chaser emails for update I finally received a 'genuine' apology email from her asking if I still want to proceed which I did. Never heard back again! Very unprofessional, lack of basic courtesy and respect, it was for a senior level role that seems to still be open.

The process starts with an email invitation from HR, followed by an initial HR screening interview to discuss the candidate's background and cultural fit. It was a 30-minute conversation focused on the motivation, salary expectations, and high-level experience.
