Unkompliziertes Interview mit Vorstellung eines Projektplanes, den man im Voraus bekommt vorzubereiten. Danach geht man methodisch seinen Projektplan durch. Im Gespräch stellt sich heraus, für welche Stelle man geignet ist.

J'ai eu deux entretiens avec 2 partenaires de la practice dont le leader des partenaires à Paris. Les échanges étaient simples et professionnels. Limite de transparence malgré la cordialité. Nous n'avons pas fait d'études de cas concret ou théorique.

Entrevista
Their recruiting process is top tier. Very smooth and friendly. Also interviews gave a wide and clear picture of the company and culture. Communication was clear and timely. First they had an initial interview, then case and profile interviews and finally a partner interview.
