In person just me and area manager. Discussed experience and my thoughts of customer service and managing staff. Discussed whether I like the products or enjoyed make up. Very straight forward and simple.

It took around 30 minutes, there were two people interviewing. I heard back from them 5 days later via email, it was very friendly. I had to fill out a form before the interview started.
