The interview process was fine. First round consisted of a quick video interview going over specifics, conducted by the new Co-CEO. Second interview was a few days later at their location. Very disorganized office culture, there was no follow up and was ghosted after the interview. Then they pulled the job posting and re-issued it as a lesser role.
