Entrevista
The interview is split into 4 different stage to ensure candidate compatibility for role. Stages 3-4 can completed on the same day. Stage 1 is Phone Screening which leads to stage 2 if passed, an Informal Interview in-person. If they are happy to proceed with you, an invite will be issued for stage 3 a Formal Interview and finally stage 4 is Hands on Practical in-store.

First you have a online quiz to fill in which ask lots of questions once I filled this in then I got a call to ask some more questions, they told me they would let me know if I had made it to the interview

A simple informal sit down chat at their store with one of their colleagues The chat lasted about 15 minutes. it was relaxing, was feeling anxious until we started. There was no project (free labor) to do, it was just me talking about my experience, the value I’ve delived. It was great.

Very long interview process. I understand why, considering the level of responsibility that comes with the job. There were 4 stages I believe. Informal, formal, group, and then an on-the-job. The interviewers were friendly and comfortable to talk to. I'd give their process a 8/10.
