The recruitment agent did the 'sell'. They were very knowledgeable about what the role required and whether I was a good match. This bypassed the need for multiple stages, so it was straight in for a face to face with the manager and a senior staff member. Their interview style was rather unrefined and unprofessional but it got the job done. By the end of it, the role along with my suitability for it was perfectly clear.
