My interview process was similar to any other company's interview process such as ;

- First online interview with Global HR
- Online Interview with CEO
- Assessment
- Case presentation
- F2F İnterview
- Offer process
I have been offered the position with Global HR and I accepted the offer then reciewed a welcome e-mail from Global team also which was informing me that I will get a call and official offer letter from Turkish HR. Instead just after couple of hours I recieved a call from Turkish HR telling me that they made the offers to last 2 candidates and they would like to withdraw the offer they made to me, and would like to continue with other candidate. I replied to Turkish HR that I respect their decision although I find the situation very unprofessional and unethical.
That was the situation I have never heard or experienced before. I hope this never happens to any body else and Global HR finds the responsible person for this.

Easy and well defined need process. The overall recruitment process consisted of a total of 4 different interviews:
1 Phone Call with HR
1 Interview with Direct Manager
1 Interview with Direct Manager + HR Partner
1 Interview with Director.

I had a screening call then a call back to do interview with hiring manager and then a call back to interview with three team members. All within a few days. I was told upfront that there were three roles to fill. The process moved quickly for the first three steps. The interviews all went really well and I fulfilled all job requirements. Then, nothing for three weeks. I sent multiple emails and calls to get feedback and the recruiter , who was very kind, finally called me back and could not provide feedback except that there was one international candidate that needed to be interviewed. I waited a few more weeks and still no news, so I chased down the recruiter again and he told me that they moved forward with internal candidate. Looking back, I believe they had no intentions of hiring from the outside and if I had not been persistent they would have ghosted me. Not cool! I will not apply to any more roles here.
