I applied via a posting on Craigslist. I received a phone call about 3 days later asking me to come for a group interview the next day. It was a group interview with 6 other people. We all were required to fill out an app and then the director and a HR person did a roundtable where we were supposed to tell them about ourselves. The job pay was low and no supervision hours were offered towards licensure. They told me I was overqualified and I got a rejection letter a few days later.

If they're interested in you they'll call you back again and again, everyone department head will interview you, you'll have to take all kinds of tests, it's kind of ridiculous.
