Applied online. I was contacted about 6 weeks later. I first met with the District HR Manager. It was a simple, conversational-type interview. We reviewed my work history. No difficult questions. I was invited back for an interview with the store manager. I returned and my interview with the store manager was also conversational. No STAR format questions. The interviews were easy and laid back but, what came after was insulting and a complete waste of my time. I applied for a "Store Management" position. The original job posting states "We are now hiring and training the Managers who will become our Stores Managers and District Managers in the near future....." To me that meant they were looking to hire a person into a management training program or into a management position with growth opportunity. I was offered a part-time position with 25 hours per week at $10-$11 per hour. I was offered that rate because of my experience (Over 10 years in retail, 2 years supervisory experience, Bachelor's in Management). I declined since I was looking for a career. I would've never shown up for an interview had they told me this was a posting for a part-time job. Their job postings are completely misleading. If you are a person with a business degree and multiple years of retail experience, ask them to clarify their intentions before meeting for an interview.

Easy interview and hiring process. Receive a phone call from recruiters for qualifying candidate. After that 1:1 interview with DM. Offer receive in less than 10 days. Hiring process was fast and quickly. They provide training for easy on boarding. Take longer for adaptation to Store Culture. Interview in same store.
