I was initially contacted within 24 hours of submitting my Cv by a gentleman called Iain Pirie, who is the Operations Manager at Bedfont, in order to arrange an interview. 1st interview - 01/02/2018 I was greeted and welcomed by a polite, friendly lady at reception. Initial thoughts were how asphetically pleasing on the eye the reception lobby area was...proffessional, yet inviting.. My interview lasted 1hr and was conducted by Iain who was friendly, reassuring and made the interview a pleasent, non intimidating experience. Whilst it was a formal interview with standard questions, it was also about getting to know and understand the rol and responsibilities along with an informal chat. 2nd interview - 15/02/2018 I was interviewed by the MD Jason, and the HR/RA lady Louise, yet again i was made to feel welcome , at ease with the whole process, and both came across and projected themselves as genuinely nice, knowledgeable people. The interview lasted nearly an hour and involved a lot more of an indepth discussion and questioning such as "how would you".. "what would you do" ... etc, etc.. Bedfont is, in all intents and purposes a very reputable caring and genuine company that believes in its family Ethos. Would i recommend applying to them? Yes... 100% Am i disappointed i didnt get to join this company? Yes... 100%
