Interview are typically rescheduled last minute. Candidates with known skills and integrity are not brought in as it's preferable to have friends and relatives of clients hired regardless of later shown lack of skills. It was later shown that I was seemingly hired as I'm fairly good looking rather than much interest in my actual skills.
