I remember coming across the job opportunity advertised on LinkedIn. The interview process had three rounds, starting with a technical assessment, followed by two rounds of interviews. That was bit smooth.

Interview process is quiet cumbersome. They have only one HR who lacks experience and kinda a fresher, who doesn't even know what an HR should do. They only do face 2 face interviews that too on weekdays, on call they say it will take 2 hours but in reality it will waste an entire day. The process starts with an online test of 2 odd hours which has confusing description and lacks explanation! After the test, HR ask's you to wait as so called panel is discussing. After an hour they asked me to wait as their will be another round. That wait went for another 2 hours. In the face 2 face round, a non coder who also happens to be their CEO asks a simple coding question(which he thinks makes him look smart) to an experienced developer and takes 10- 15 mins to understand basic recursion!
I'd say, stay away from them, as they are bunch of unemployed people, who have no prior work experience, trying to be bosses and full of inferiority complex. They portray them as cool nerds on their portal with killer work culture and office space, but in reality they are opposite of what they portray. They would just ruin your career if you get in.
