I applied online and got a meeting with the recruiter. He was polite and courteous and it went well, and he told me that he'd get back to me for the next step in no more than two days. I sent an immediate thank you email.
A week goes by without a word so I send another email. No response.
A few more days go by and I get an email from another recruiter there asking me to select times for an interview. It sounded like I was restarting the process. I selected a time and it turned out to be the 2nd round with the hiring manager, but I wasn't told that. No problem. That one seemed to go well too and he told me that I was on to the 3rd round, which is done in person, and that they'd be in touch.
A week later I hadn't heard anything again so I send a followup email.
Another week... I send another email. This time I get a response from the 1st recruiter who told me that they're finishing up the process and I would hear from them in 2 days on the next step.
Another week goes by without hearing anything and I send another followup email.
Then another week with nothing, and I gave up. A quick search on linkedin shows that the job I applied for had been filled a month ago.
Unprofessional and disrespectful experience. Beehive - I don't think this is how you want to represent yourself to skilled engineers. It feels like I got a taste of what it would be like to work for you.

They mostly asked about my background and experience.
Unorganized, started with design questions then they talked about the company. I was surprised I got an offer since the I felt like I did not elaborate on my skills and knowledge. I declined the offer since they could not tell me exactly what would I be working on, I think they are just filling up a spot.
