I sent my CV on their website, after a few days they schedule a skype interview with the human resources manager and the general manager for a few weeks later.

Overall it was a conversation, not just someone asking questions. something like: talk about you; problem-solving skills; how would you face this and that problem; qualities related with the position, etc.
