2 psychometric tests were given, one was more technical/mechanical engineering based. Test scores determined whether you got an interview or not. There was one interview with the head of department and line manager. It was quite conversational and relaxed.

very simple process. a set of tests to determine performance ability and a short online interview with bare minimum amount of questions about previous experience and qualifications. fast response and very easy process. best application process I've ever seen
