Initial zoom interview followed by an assessment day at the offices. All stages of the process were very laid back and I was made to feel very welcome throughout the day.

You send a CV and personal statement online, then you would receive a Skype interview, lasting around 15 minutes, asking you standard questions. Took around a week for them to reply with an offer

After applying online, I was quickly conversing with the training partner who was very friendly and attentive. On arrival of the interview, the training partner and HR director were in attendance; both taking it in turns to ask sufficient related questions as well as personal questions, showing they are after more than just a technically competent candidate. A welcoming office, met by welcoming people.
